Jack, the owner and the lady that work at night were extremely patient with my son when we order the cake.
Demi held it down at this Carvel location with superb service. She was the only staff there that day where there was 7+ customers and still went well and beyond for me when I was pre-ordering a birthday cake. The boss over the phone was also very kind with going through the ordering process and Demi made sure we get everything accurate and helped tailored what flavors, layers, size, designs, and so forth that was recommended. very terrible experience
I am so thankful for the workers, especially the one I confused when requesting a birthday cake TT I'm so sorry about that!! They have great customer service, and will help you fix whatever mistake you accidentally make! Definitely recommend this location!! (Very tasty too, so you should give it a try!)
