Wanted some ice cream at night I knew this carvel is open late so I went to get some ice cream. Online it says they close at 10:30 pm as I'm one block away it's 9:43 pm and I see people coming from the direction of the carvel with ice cream. As I go towards the carvel the lights are off. I read the store hours on the outside of the carvel it says ot closes at 11pm. The worker said we are closing early today. Jack, the owner and the lady that work at night were extremely patient with my son when we order the cake.
Demi held it down at this Carvel location with superb service. She was the only staff there that day where there was 7+ customers and still went well and beyond for me when I was pre-ordering a birthday cake. The boss over the phone was also very kind with going through the ordering process and Demi made sure we get everything accurate and helped tailored what flavors, layers, size, designs, and so forth that was recommended.
