Whoever is working tonight should be fired! I requested chocolate ice cream with my dasher and they still put vanilla.. it is literally a big cup of vanilla ice cream with 1 layer of brownies and syrup on top with no whipped cream. So upset, spent $30 on ubereats for this crap. Don't order through the app you have to go in person because they don't read your requests.

Girl wearing the pink hoodie was so nice and gave us a BANG for our buck. We got the large cup and it was more than enough for 4 people. We got food from the restaurant across the street which sucked but the ice cream was the highlight of our meal. WOULD GO BACK AGAIN and getting toppings this time sorry
Great experience at Carvel in College Point. The place is very clean, the ambience is nice, and the employees are friendly, professional, and helpful. Everything felt well organized and welcoming. The ice cream was fresh and delicious, and the portions were great.
