Extremely disappointed!!!I ordered a chocolate and strawberry ice cream cake for my year old son’s birthday, but when we cut it, it was about 95% strawberry and only 5% chocolate. That is not what I ordered and it was very disappointing on such a special day. If you can’t make the cake as requested, you should tell the customer before they pick it up. This was unacceptable, and I won’t be ordering from here again. I would give a zero if I can.
Emily is very sweet! She helped me on the phone for a door dash order! If you are her supervisor please give her a raise or promote her! She deserves it!
Joe at Carvel is seriously one of the best employees I have ever met. Not only is he super kind and helpful, but he’s also incredibly handsome and funny.
