Great service! Great dessert options! Wonderful environment.
I'm really disappointed in this Carvel location. This location is not a full Carvel. It has a very limited menu and does not sell ice cream cakes or flying saucers. It is also combined with both a Cinnabon and an Auntie Anne's all in one shop.
My son who is 8 years old put the first bill in the collection box($20). Came back the next day for another pretzel and the $20 was gone. My son was heartbroken when he realized what happen. SMH disgusting people!
All the foods were fresh and the customer service was amazing!!
