The doors were locked at 8pm tonight yet the store hours online said it was open until 9:30pm. What made it worse was I called and no one picked up the phone and I could see the workers cleaning but they didn’t answer my repeated knocks at the door. Do better as a business with posting accurate hours or at least politely inform your customers you are closed.

Clean place but their prices don’t match the portions they give you I went in today to support a black owned business I ordered a small ice cream cone with sprinkles, 1.the ice cream cone looked like it was for a 3 year old and the young lady was acting like she didn’t want to give me sprinkles I had to ask for more!!!!! I go to the carvels on Ave N in Flatbush all the time and I get the same cone and it looks nothing like what I received!! I’m glad I supported them,but I doubt I’ll will be back!
