I ordered the strawberry crunch and asked for the $6.99 cup. The owner's daughter tried to give me the large cup. I asked how much that would be, and she said $9.00. I told her no, I would take the $6.99 cup. So, the owner's daughter put it in a cup but still rang it up as $9.00. The owner's daughter said, 'See, you should have taken the large.' My wife and I stopped by for ice cream after dinner, ordering the Butter Pecan and Pumpkin Cheesecake flavors. While the taste was fine, the texture was disappointing, as both scoops had frozen ice crystals on them. The service was where things really fell short. We initially asked for our ice cream in cones, but the server misunderstood and gave us cups instead. When we politely requested to have them changed to cones, the server was willing to help.
