Our niece has always loved Carvel and was excited to see it after we had dinner on the block. Crystal showed us incredibly warm and attentive service from the moment we walked in and gave us a good laugh on the way out. We’ll definitely be back.
Fudgy The Whale is the all time best ice cream cake ever!!!
We were disappointed when we first arrived because the Carvel website is not up-to-date with the available ice cream cakes, but our experience turned around when we met the amazing staff at this location. Kevin (sp?) helped us so much and even offered to decorate a cake for us when their usual cake decorator wasn't available. We love the homemade look, it's so charming and exactly what we were looking for! Thank you for your help!
Very clean. Have great options and good deals. The staff working there are friendly.
Employees are incompetent, service is terrible and not worth the price. There are a million better options in the area.
