Worst customer service. I walked in and waited by the “Order Here” sign for someone to assist me. The two male employees working behind the counter looked at me, ignored me, and went on to take orders from customers who arrived after me. Completely unacceptable and disappointing experience.
I’m a regular customer. I went inside to get an ice cream cone, and a little kid grabbed it and smashed it while the mother did nothing. They just looked at me as the kid kept doing it. I was still charged, and they didn’t make me a new one or offer it for free. I won’t be going back.
