Terrible service i ordered a speciality cake payed extra because my son is allergic to chocolate so I asked for strawberry sang happy birthday cut the cake and it was chocolate. I called and got the run around for my refund now im dealing with a crying 3 yer old that is watching everyone eat cake but him smh im so upset disappointed like what kind of business these ppl running seed the manager needs to do better

Horrible customer service the Indian man with the glasses very rude. Barely gave me any peanuts on my icecream and then try to charge me for a cup of peanuts that I did not ask for & on top of that the soft serve Icecream was melted coming out the machine.

I drove over 40 mins to come to this location because google said it opens at 10am unlike all the other locations that open at 11am. I got here at 9:55am and patiently waited and the store didn’t open for business until 10:45…why say you open at 10 if you aren’t ready to take customers at 10??

The Butter pecan ice cream was spoiled. The women at the register said she can’t exchange for different ice cream or give back money because it’s not part of their policy… very bad Experience never going back to that location.. The location on 233rd is way better.
