They were friendly and helpful
I had a disappointing experience at this Carvel today. The gentleman working there was rude, had a poor attitude, and made us feel like we were inconveniencing him by placing an order. Customer service is a big part of the experience, especially at an ice cream shop, and unfortunately this visit fell well short of expectations. I hope management addresses this so future customers are treated with more courtesy and respect.
Ahmed was so sweet! He was incredibly kind and made our experience at carvel a great one. He puts the perfect ratio of toppings to ice cream!
