Delicious and quick
Placed an order for an ice cream cake for my son's 5th birthday and was not disappointed. The decoration of the cake was everything I asked for. It was ready for when I requested it to be picked up. The staff was very friendly and accommodating of my questions. Couldn't be more satisfied, will definitely be back!
We took our kids to Carvel expecting a fun treat, but the experience was ruined by terrible service and poor cleanliness. The man and younger girls working behind the counter were shockingly rude and unfriendly, staring awkwardly at us as if even the simplest order was confusing.
