Let me start by staying, the staff they hire is very friendly and nice. I blame the utter incompetence of this operation as a whole on bad ownership / management. If I ask for a cake mix shake, and then pay for it, you better give me a cake mix shake. Apparently staff was told, from what I heard another customer say, that they are not allowed to make shakes out of the hard ice cream in the freezers, only the cheap, shitty, vanilla and chocolate from their quick mix dispensers, then with some cake mix sprinkles added. My milkshake was made in basically 10 seconds and the staff were great to me.
5 stars gave us free cinabuns and is cheap
They gave us free mini Cinnabons and they were the best. 5 stars period.
I went last night and ordered a carvelanch and a cinnabon. I got a hassle for asking for the full cinnabon when it was taken out and half the bon was still in the serving tray and I asked for the server to put the whole thing in, he gave me a look and asked why? My carvelanch was just soft serve ice cream with cookie dough topping. Got charged $7.50 for something worth $4.
