It's a great place! The food is great! To have Carvel and Cinnabon together is awesome!

This was my first time to this Carvel location and it will be my last. I asked for 2 cones and I noticed that she would remove the cone with their hand and then place it in the cone holder. Why not pick up the cone with the holder {as they are flexible} so germs from hands are not on the cone. We ate the ice cream, but threw the cones away. Clearly this is a training issue. Hope management will train the staff.
