This was a very disappointing experience at this Carvel location. The pistachio ice cream tasted extremely artificial, with a bitter, syrup-like medicine flavor. When I raised the issue, the staff laughed it off and said it’s “artificial flavor,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional instead of addressing a valid concern. On top of that, I was charged an extra $2 for the pistachio flavor without any clear explanation or transparency at checkout. The pricing feels misleading compared to what is advertised in-store. Really interesting new operators. You can tell the shop is very clean and the overall quality of the products is handled professionally. I’m looking forward to seeing this place fully up and running again. Wishing them the best!
Great Ice Cream store been coming here for years. I believe it’s family owned, and they make all the cakes in house.
Beautiful setting and welcoming people
Placed an order with them yesterday and then arrived to the place being closed. If they have to close for an emergency, why did they take my money? They are now ignoring my calls.
