Went there last night at 9:45PM people inside enjoying their ice cream and was told by some rude employee that they were closed. ( store hours said open till 10) She couldn’t even speak English very clearly, very hard to understand her. Won’t be going back there anytime soon.
Carvel is GOATED. Don't even get me started. This one's clean and the service is great. Very fresh crunchies, might I add!
The Carvel in New Hyde Park customer service and ice creams are getting worse. I ask this young girl who works there I would like a banana barge and she practically throws everything sloppy together and then with an attitude throws a banana on top of the ice cream and not split it in half on the sides. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PLACE? LOOK HOW PATHETIC THIS ICE CREAM LOOKS AND I PAID SO MUCH! Not fair! DATE 5/26 at 7:30pm
