I went to this establishment today. The older woman that served me was so stingy with the hot fudge, sprinkles and cream that my grandchildren thought it was a plain ice cream cup. When I brought this to her attention she told me there are cameras and her boss watches her. She charged me extra, which is not a problem, for the sprinkles that were almost nonexistent, the hot fudge was barely half a pump and there was no trace of the drop of cream when I got home. The menu here is excellent and big. Ask for the young lady with the big sparkly eyes she provides fast and courteous service.
Beautiful young girl with beautiful smile. always gets my order ready so fast all the time. My favorite carvel store so far 🙌
It was a pretty kool spot to take the children for ice cream.
