When CIS installed our last kitchen, we ordered a sink and faucet from them for the first time (almost $400 faucet) and I didn't like the faucet immediately. It has one handle, and the range on it so narrow, almost 2 years later, it's still almost impossible for me to find a temperature between scalding and barely warm. When I called asking for a different one, nicely, I was told: "We've never had anyone else complain about this faucet which we've installed in a lot of homes", and in a snotty, cold tone. Excellent customer service, so many choices in granite, quartz and marble. We made our selections and are ready to begin the remodel.
The guys just installed our outdoor table top!! They did an AWESOME job installing the steel support for it then installing the granite top!! Cleaned up everything and sealed it. Very professional and super nice.... even out in this sweltering heat. Thank you all so very much, we LOVE it!!!
