Great dealership, they really look out and do fair business.
We purchased a 2014 Ford Flex Limited from Waldorf Car Vault on May 26, 2025. Within an hour of leaving, the check engine light came on. Since then, I’ve spent over $6,500 on repairs—most of which should have been covered under the signed 50/50 parts and labor warranty the dealership provided. Despite repeated phone calls, emails, and in-person conversations, Waldorf has refused to honor the warranty beyond a verbal $700 offer, which doesn’t come close to covering even half the documented repair costs.
