Customer service is very responsive. Facility is secure and clean. Well lighted.
Unprofessional ownership. Beware, ownership doesnt own up to it when the cars are in their possession and something happens.
Recently moved to the area and as a Car Person, wanted to find a place that offered concierge service for my cars and not just a place to store them. CarVault Main Line is fantastic - I have found "my people". Everyone is exceptionally helpful and friendly. Love the club-like atmosphere and the events they host. I would strongly recommend CarVault Main Line.
I've been here twice with a friend as a guest and it's a super cool place! Staff is friendly and appears to be an excellent value. Awesome atmosphere clean facilities and a professional staff.
