My son and I were greeted by Sadie, she was welcoming, very helpful and answered all of our initial questions about a car we were interested in buying. We met Pete soon after as we went through the purchasing process, it went smoothly. I brought up some minor concerns about the car we purchased and Pete assured us he would assist us with them. Overall a great experience, I'm glad we found Carvantage, I'll be going to them if we're in need of another vehicle in the future.
I had such a great experience that I felt compelled to leave a review (which I don’t usually do!). I called around 10 a.m. to inquire about the availability of a Kia I was interested in, and we quickly set up a time for me to come in and test drive it. We worked with Pete to sell our old 2008 Volvo to upgrade to a Ford Explorer. Pete made the transaction easy and seamless! I will be buying my next car from him at Carvantage when we’re ready for the next upgrade!
Pete was very personable and friendly and the purchase experience was pleasant. Unfortunately we purchased a Nissan in July 2024 and, within two months, the transmission had begun to slip. It’s hard to believe that the dealership wasn’t aware of this before, but unfortunately that’s the used car market. It seems Carvantage just spruced up the transmission just long enough to sell it. I would recommend doing extra due diligence before buying any car from this dealership.
