I bought a car from Carvana, they delivered it, come to find out it has multiple issues that was not disclosed. I waited for more than 5 days for their people to organise the repairs but they dragged their feet. I cancelled the original car a Jeep renegade and ordered the exact same car same colour - exception it was a AWD. Everything was fine then when I get to the screen. They wanted to do an income verification. I was like okay no probs - they wanted 6 months bank statements and two years tax return as if it’s a mortgage.... read more

I had a great experience selling my car here. Devonte was very professional and personable. The process went smoothly. The waiting area is modern and clean. I’ve now bought, traded, and sold cars from/to carvana. They are the new way to buy a car and they do drive me happy. This location is great too, to do so.
