Purchase 2017 Toyota Corolla from carvana. There was damage to the the car not disclosed in the blemish area on their website. The driver and passenger doors looked like somebody took a crowbar and tried to break into the car. Carvana would not lower the price of the car nor would they repair the undisclosed damage. Simple fast and easy experience at this location. My selling experience with Carvana was just like the commercial shows, literally 2 or so minutes. I opt to drop-off because I got $4,400 over the dealership offer, which was only 0.8 miles from carvana drop-off site. I think you know what happened next. Let's just say the whole Carvana selling process was less time just to get an offer fom the dealership that tried to low-ball me. Carvana Is The Fastest Way To Go
This place is highly unorganized. No communication whatsoever! They don't know what they are doing. I have a car I canceled still sitting in my yard. It's been 5 days now. I'm getting it towed to police dept. impound if it's not gone by Thursday. Let them deal with it. Shame on you Carvana.
*Do not* buy from these people. Our vehicle was scheduled to be delivered on 8/10. As the window came to a close, we received notice that we would not be getting our vehicle that day. When asked for an explanation, we were told it was because our vehicle required an emissions test before a temp tag could be printed since we lived in a county that required emissions tests. The only problem being we do not live in that county. None of our documentation (ID, insurance, registration, etc) has us living in that county. Everything... read more
