Dealer lied about delivery date. Carvana reps Kevin & Jacob confused me with another customer and got our cars & appointments mixed up. Money has been taken out of my bank account and I have no vehicle. Customer service reps are based out of the country, they are friendly and courteous but offer little to no help. I was trying to save time but all I received was stress and a headache save yourself and just go to a traditional dealership.Â

Bait and switch alert! They arranged to sell my son a car and deliver it to the house. Then they said it was delayed and he could come pick it up a few days later. He showed up as scheduled and was told there was no car. “We found a problem with it during transport.” The car was right there on display in the elevator. I was happy when I received the quote on my 2023 Tesla Model 3, I passed by Driveo which is located just one exit west on Katy Freeway of Carvana. Their quote was much lower and Driveo said Carvana emailed me a high number to get me in, then they will find something wrong and drop the offer price. I told them I will visit with them if that happens. My car was in showroom condition and I did receive the offer amount in the email. Driveo on Katy Freeway & Kirkwood needs to stop bad mouth their competition.Â
