Purchased a truck that was advertised as passing a 110-point inspection and when I picked it up it was not as advertised. There was an electrical issue with my side steps that the warranty company and Carvana refuse to help with. Dealership told me that all I had to do was submit a claim and it would be fixed free of charge. This is not true. Now I have to pay out of pocket to get my new truck fixed which is very frustrating.
