Terrible experience all around. Firstly, I had issues getting the car. When I finally got to test drive, there were issues noted that I was concerned about. They said I could move forward with the purchase and they would cover everything, so I did. I went back and forth a lot with the third party company about billing and what-not. It was a HUGE headache. Fast forward months later - my bank never even got the title! Boo, Carvana!

I would not recommend if you are considering your purchase here. I was sold a vehicle with a blown head gasket and didn't notice tell I was past the 7 day money back guarantee. Their warranty service providers are oil and tire joints that cannot even diagnose this issue. I'm stuck with a piece of crap that I'm probably going to have to dish out another $5k for.
Had a great experience in a bad situation. We purchased a vehicle from Carvana and unfortunately it had some type of manufacturing defect which appeared the very next day. Carvana customer service was right on it. They apologized for the inconvenience. They answered every question and presented several options, including an exchange.
