I absolutely loathe this company. Trying to demand over half the cost of the vehicle up front is absolutely madness. Also, the horror stories about them are accurate. There are better options out there.

Our first car buying experience, the buying experience was great. The delivery was great. The product itself came with extra damage that wasn’t disclosed. I did a cosigner but come to find out, financing through Carvana, You can’t do a co-buyer so my son‘s name is not on the title. we didn’t find that out until the delivery. Do not buy a car through carvana. Especially if it needs to to be shipped from elsewhere. Their website is broken, I was never able to sign my purchase contract due to system glitches, their advocates were no help despite waiting days for a resolution, and I was robbed out of a sizeable shipping fee I paid for canceling the order due to their system issues and poor customer service.
