We bought a vehicle and less than a year later it needs a whole new engine!!! Terrible!
THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD BUYING CARS.!!! NOT RECOMENDED. THEY HOLD YOUR MONEY IF UOY CAN TO CANCEL FOR 5 BUISSINES DAY THAT IS THE ONLY REASON I BOUTGH A FROM THEM. THE SYSTEM IS HORRIBLE. THEY ASK FOR A LOT OF DOCUMENTS THAT JUST WONT WORK. AND THEY TRY TO SELL A REALLY EXPENSIVE INSURACE THAT YOU CLEARLY DONT NEED.
Car I bought has major issues not covered by the 100-day warranty. Also, they took over a month to send me the vehicle registration. The temporary plates expired and I had to go to the DMV to get new plates myself.
Be warned before buying from this company!!! I have spent almost three weeks trying to purchase a car - and was prepared to buy it the first couple days. They require a bizarre amount of paperwork and add on new things every time you near your deadline and then extend the pickup date. Customer service is horrible, I asked to speak to a manager and one called at 10 pm (I called around 11 am) and the other time the simply ignored me until after the deadline.
