If I could give them no stars I would. After giving them all the paperwork they required they still had issues. We even had to put the car on our insurance ahead of time before things were final. My husband has a suffix that isn’t on all his paperwork such as bank account and paychecks etc. It wasn’t good enough for them even after we tried to change everything. This is my 2nd review because unfortunately I didn't learn first time around. I was expecting to have my new vehicle delivered on Monday after purchasing this past Tuesday. I got the text that my vehicle was on schedule and would be arriving. About 45 minutes later I was told there was a delay and it now would be delivered a full week later on 6/30. I tried to pay for a car and it would only go so far. It said I needed proof of insurance, which I couldn't due until the next day, so I canceled the order. I canceled the car 5 minutes later. The next day my account was fine, so I went and bought a car. They decided to take out the money late yesterday after I bought a car. Carvana is refusing to return my money for 15 days. A horrible experience from the second I entered the door. Waited for over 30 minutes with not one person on site to be found on the day of my pick up. The employee who took care of me was not very nice, or helpful when I found issues with the vehicle before even getting into the car. The car had a cracked tail light, and broken gas flap mechanism, as well as a missing inner fender liner on the passenger's side that I did not see on the day of pickup. Horrible place to buy a car. Their website will show a slight scratch or two, but when car arrives. There will be deep scrapes and scratches that their warranty company will not cover. Go elsewhere.
