Carvana Left my brother in a tight spot. Signed all the paperwork thinking all was good and was told that a check would be sent for paying for taxes when needing to get license plate...come to find out...no taxes were charged on final price at all like there should have been. Now going to get plate and taxes are over $1000 that should have been added to the price of the car!!!! Now...who has that to pay out of pocket? Carvana claims to do a 150 point inspection on their vehicles before listing them for sell and I’m 100% sure that didn’t happen on my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Purchase. The Jeep had pet hair inside. The Jeep also needed front and rear brake rotors and brake pads. Had a terrible shake when braking off interstate. I had to take the Jeep into 2 different shops to get this fixed.
