Was one of the worst experiences ive ever dealt with. My family or myself will not ever be using carvana or its affiliates after the experience we have had. We signed papers and "bought" the vehicle last Wednesday with a delivery date of Thursday. Was delayed Thursday with no explanation until friday. I wanted to sell my car, and got a quote online one day on my 2024 Hyundai venue from Carvana. The quote was wonderful at $17200. I took the car to the Greensboro, NC location the next day (approx 100 miles) and when I arrived a personable young man Chance helped me with the transaction. The system came back they could not take it due the wrap on the car. Overall great experience
Nice experience with the vending machine
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!! Purchased a car. They gave us one that didn’t work. I talked to 15 people in a week and 2 managers. The gave us a car - that doesn’t work. Said we could trade it in for something else and it never happened. We got told 50 things. Took over a month to get a refund. RUN FAR FROM THIS COMPANY. Good experience but if you have a problem forget it.
