Terrible experience thus far and it's not over yet. I purchased a 2017 Wrangler and discovered that it needs 4k in repairs. I agreed to do an exchange. The exchange vehicle was delayed several times until they admitted it wouldn't start. I agreed to a 2nd exchange vehicle and then they cancelled that delivery because the vehicle was leaking fluids. Do not go to this location to sell your vehicle. They will rush through the process without reminding you to take the license plate off your vehicle. I have spent over three hours total trying to get in touch with Carvana customer service so that I can come back and pick up my plates, it’s been 24 hours, and I’ve heard nothing.
