Great options online and easy web site to filter by my preferences. Purchase from start to finish was easy and went as was explained to us from various communications.
The car I purchased did not go through an inspection even though they claimed it was inspected. The rear brakes were almost gone. There was no gas cap.

Stay away!!! Do not buy from carvana!!! Got a car (fraudulently listed as passing inspection), shipping was delayed, the front speakers don't work day 1, take it to an authorized repair place and they refuse to cover it. The repair place opened it up and said the speakers aren't connected at all, and carvana says to go to a dealership for a computer update.... For something that isn't plugged in... I recently sold a car to Carvana, and it could not have been smoother. The price was better than all others, and submitting info/paperwork right from my phone was so quick and easy. The facility where we dropped our car in Schaumburg was really nice, the staff was friendly and they got the deal done in minutes. Don't waste your time at car dealerships or other car retailers. Carvana has changed the process for the better!
