I work in the detail department and it isn’t at all what I expected. The mangers need management as they don’t know what they’re doing, they only act like they do and they don’t even apply suggestions from their workers but claim that they want suggestions from us. They care more about their used cars than they do their own employees in the detail department bc without us in the detail department they can’t sell a vehicle at all. The most horrible experience I ever had purchasing a car. First vehicle had an open repo on it so I couldn’t park anywhere public for a month. Took that car back and check engine light comes right on. Vehicle been in the shop a week now and I’m without a vehicle!!! It shouldn’t be this hard and I paid cash!!!
