It was so easy working with Carvana. All I had to do was fill out a quick form with my VIN number and a few details about my car. They made me an offer which was much better than the dealership where I was buying a new car. Four days later, they showed up at my house and picked it up with a check in hand. They couldn’t have made it any easier.
My daughter purchased a 2020 Kia Sorrento from Carvana in July 16, 2025. In spite of the 4-5 air fresheners that were placed in the car, I could smell that the previous owner rode a dog in the car. Not only that, but there was dog hair all over the inside of that car, as well as crumbs of some sort and a used straw. That car was not detailed in the least and if it was, it was POORLY done.
