The actual visit was a breeze - efficient, friendly, honest. My only complaint is that my car could not be picked up from my home - not exactly that fact but that I wasn't told it could not be picked up until after I had sent copies of my license, title, etc. Since one of first pieced of info a person provides when visiting your website is your zip code, it seems I could have been given that information earlier on in the process
Just bought my third car from carvana .. in and out in less than 30 mins and super happy with my purchase. I highly recommend getting a car from them. (I'm just some guy, not a paid account either)

Edit: please spare me the yee yee ass "we'll try to improve" response, your business model is broken if your advocates cant disclose simple information about their products whether that be due to limitting internal policies or internal communication issues I'd talk about my experience getting the car...but I never managed to receive the car. The whole experience had me worried as it was our first time using it. However is was extremely easy and quick. Did everything online ahead of time. Took 15-20 min to trade in car and get new one. Bre was so nice and helpful through the process. Got a couple free souvenirs from them too. Overall great experience, especially if you do you research, read the carfax, and know what you want. Highly recommend.
