Scam. Don't buy from Carvana period. They doubled the shipping from the quote. Gave several shipping updates as though the car was in transport. Then said the order was cancelled as the bank declined. However a call to the bank validated they never even tried to run the charge through. I don't think they ever even had the car. Then tried to still charge for shipping on a car that was never delivered.

Thought they were good, but... not so much. I bought my daughter a car a few years ago, worked out great, decent service and all was well. So, I tried it again and bought a newer truck. It was fine for about 9 days, then the tranny started thumping and shifting hard. I took it to the dealership, they said you need a new TCM. I informed Carvana and asked to return it, even though it was slighting outside the window. They said to send the quote to repair and they could take care of me.
