I never leave reviews, but this was the most wonderful coffee experience of my life. Wayne was the most knowledgeable man I have ever talked to, and made my entire trip to Canada. We came in expecting to just grab some coffees, but instead learned about the roasting process, tasted some of the most delicious peaberry pourover I have ever had, and learned how to dial in an espresso grind specifically for the coffee we were sold. My family support local businesses as much as we can and that's why I was here for my coffee roast rather than buying from a big box store where your coffee beans probably roasted 6+ months ago if not longer, in other words, stale already. It was a pleasant visit to this location, and please follow google maps to get there as you may not see any store signs from the road, it is located inside the plaza with plenty parking spaces.
