These people are very unprofessional. I never had issues with prescription copays in the past, but I’ve recently fallen on hard times. When I called today about a prescription, the woman on the phone asked, “You don’t have five dollars?” in a condescending tone. If $5 means nothing to you, then perhaps cover the copay instead of holding my medication hostage. Been having issues with trying to figure out where two of my mom's diabetes medications are at. That's been a constant issue. However, I spoke with Amy over the phone and I told her the issues I've been having. She was extremely courteous and assisted me even though I sounded cranky over the phone. I appreciate her in helping me find the medication and notifying me that my mom was out of refills.
