I purchased a 2016 ford escape from them through Mott workforce program last week. They submitted a inspection report stating that the vehicle didn’t have any issues only to find out a day later that it needed front rotors AND it needed a refill on fluids but the hood will not open so it over heated 2 days later. I called to get the car repaired twice only for them to tell me they will call me when they can fix it. Would not recommend to anyone.
Brad the salesman I dealt with was such a professional and courteous salesman and had the utmost respect, wasn’t a typical uncle Bobby B type salesman, literally listened to me and only provided me with the details of my interests in the very vehicle I mentioned, not once did he try to sell me any other vehicle!!! My hats off to this young man and this dealership and the outstanding business they’re providing here.
Parking is quite difficult. May want to park at a nearby business if you are unsure about your parking ability. Brandon (I think that was his name?) helped us. He was extremely knowledgeable on all the cars specs. Any that he was unsure about he could quickly pull them up on his phone. He gave off car nerd vibes.
