TL;DR version: Take your vehicle to Caruso's if you want honest, reliable maintenance and repair work done right. I suspected that my Explorer had a brake issue. Caruso's provided a through analysis. The brakes and calipers were replaced promptly. They took extra time to clean the tires when they completed the service. They also took extra time to show me the parts they replaced. That is what I would say is a full service shop with an attention to detail! Thank you!
