I had an amazing experience with Claudio! I’m not very familiar with cars and often find it difficult to know which shop to trust. Claudio was fantastic—he explained everything clearly and showed me exactly where the issues were happening on my car. Yesterday I had an appointment at Caruso's Service Center in Mississauga for a car inspection at 8:00 am (an 18 year old Honda Odyssey). Claudio (the owner, with more than 35 years of experience) - located right behind the Clarkson Go Station - was very prompt in attending to my car. He and his apprentice Quinn did a wonderful and expedient job in identifying the cause of the problem and advised me on a couple of options to proceed.
