Parts guy looked like he was dragged out from under a rock. Off hand and argumentative with zero customer service skills. Avoid this store.
I went to this location, and I was yelled at by a supervisor of a subcontractor company working on the floor in the new building being under construction. I called the front desk to file a formal complaint, I to talk to the secretary, and she said she was gonna get a manager to do a call back, but he never called me back to talk to me. When I asked for her name, she hung up on me. Horrible customer service, please don't come to this location and give them your business. It's obvious they don't care about your feedback.
