I was represented by this firm. he is just another average lawyer looking to steal yer money. his wife Judy is a psychopath. She was very rude and nasty when I asked why i had several hundred dollars of copies charged on my 3 inch file. he wont return your call. when he settled my case low i thought he was going to break his arm patting himself on the back. Vacation was more important....then got me in a bind with the motions with the judge and trying to find someone else. Knowledge of the area was 5+ (1-5) if i would of cane a little earlier in the case i think we could of done something. Overall give a 4 rating. Would recommend!

Mark and Dawn have been there for me since my very first call to them! They have been working with me every step of the way in my case, they both check in with me to see how I am doing, make sure that if I'm having any difficulty scheduling doctor's appointments they fix it, I've paid nothing out of pocket, I would recommend them to anyone in New Mexico!!!

Never needed to hire a attorney before, so I talked to alot. Got Mark Caruso on the phone and he spent 30 minutes talking to me even though he wasn't my attorney, so I went in to meet him in person to talk about my accident. Felt really good talking to him. They worked on my case for over 6 months because i had to go to the doctors. But then caruso was able to settle and get the case a good settlement for me. My husband and I were very pleased with the result we had with this law firm in Albuquerque. They did what they promised they would do. I highly recommend this law firm if you get into a car accident and need an attorney. (Also got good $$)
