Caruso Homes at Signature Club (and all of their other neighborhoods for that matter) are built with exceptional quality. We have been working with them for well over 15 years now, and I can categorically state that they always go above and beyond when it comes to having satisfied homebuyers. Several months ago, there was a negative review regarding Signature posted by a fraudulent account using Summit Electric's name- this was not done by us and should be disregarded.
We’ve had a great experience so far. Angie, Clay, and Mark have been amazing. They always check to see if we need anything and resolve any issues quickly. We are loving our first new build.
They were accommodating in answering our queries. They were patient and kind and always ready to provide a believable solution. The team was transparent and knowledgeable. We recommend this company to anyone dreaming of a home.
