These guys playing with you if you order something online, they dont like it cu probably they dont have any share of it. I ve ordered a 12V battery and they took us there 4-5 times and still we dont have it, the guy on the phone was super rude, I ll update his name here, today I ll get my part from this defective dealership. Another time we send a car to be serviced and it came back with scratches, this dealership must be closed and we will go after it.
It took more than 3 hours to check a low air tire. But the guy who took my car in was super nice.
Terrible experience . AVOiD! Upon getting my car returned I had noticed some Cash missing from inside my center arm rest. Was told it was probably the 3rd Party that washes the car for them, because this was the second time they had gotten a similar complaint this week. I was given my cash back, But feel if this was a recurrent problem it should’ve been addressed before my property was stolen. Jannette is the BEST! This was the first time we've had a Service Dept actually *call us to tell us the recall parts had arrived and they were ready to book our car for service. Normally, you have to call *them and pester. And we've had horrible experiences with Ford Service in TX, so Caruso is MUCH BETTER. Jannette kept us informed and got our car back on time, and fully charged!
