Caruso came to do an appraisal of my home on July 25, 2025, said report would be ready in 7 days, I paid him $350 Cash. Caruso claimed many excuses for not completing appraisal, in Sept, I asked for a refund. He agreed to send the refund & would send the report as well. It's Oct & still no appraisal or refund. He basically stole my money! Do not pay this guy Cash!
