Was to had a deep clean with hygienist aprille she saw that I was nervous and did nothing to help she didn't even smile. She acted like she was frustrated because I was anxious. She is a trained proffisonal and should have know how to work with her patients. STAY AWAY FROM CARUS DENTAL – I will never use another Carus Dental for the rest of my life. I was treated with such disrespect. I am truely disgusted by the organization and professionalism of this office and company. This office made a error with my paperwork and did not communicate the mistake with thier corporate office. Thier corporate office sent my collection notices and threats to my credit over a debt that was incorrect because of this office's disorganized manner. Good dentist and staff – My husband and I both had good experiences here. Our cleanings were very good - the dentist was very thorough and checked our entire jaw and neck glands. At first, I was frustrated because their system requires you to go in for a consultation before you can schedule a cleaning, but after my consult, they got me in within a few days. She even filled a small cavity for me, and all went well.

Deceptive Business Practices and Bad Customer Service I'm firing this dentist today and switching to another one in my Humana network. During my cleaning they told me that I needed oral surgery to remove a cyst on my lower lip. They told me it wouldn't cost much and my insurance should cover it, and that the operation is ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY and NOT a cosmetic issue. So they scheduled an appointment to come in a week later.

Unsure Not really sure about these guys I was trying to post a complaint about another dentist and didn't realize that I was on the wrong page. Unfortunatly this site doesn't allow you to cancel your post. Maybe they should look in to that.

Slow slow service... This is a shop with a few dentists. I found them to be extremely slow and inefficient. I had an appointment at 8:40 thinking I could make it to work by 10 am, but I was still in my chair at 10:15 am. And I didn't even get my teeth cleaned - they just took x-rays! Then they recommend all this work - they wanted me to come in 4 times a year. Thanks but no thanks - I'll come as much as my insurance will cover me. So needless to say, I won't go back.
