I got into an icy pile up late one Friday evening. Gerber Collision was quick to set up an appointment through my insurance and once I arrived I was treated extremely well! The desk person was very kind & notified me the repairs were taking a bit longer due to the weather and the in house estimator Sydnie really blew me away. I recently had my car broken into in attempt to steal it. Something that I had no control over. Marcus at Gerber Collision & Glass the representative that I worked was was top-notch. I appreciated his cantor and clear communication with me. He anticipated my questions. He gave me clear concise timelines. Terrible establishment with subpar customer service. We were scheduled to drop off our vehicle at this location per our insurance company’s instructions. They literally scheduled it ahead of time. The front desk lady, who was incredibly unprofessional, told us we were never scheduled. She proceeded to argue with us instead of doing her job lol. This place is a joke. Worst attitude to greet people soon as you walk in. The girl with short hair has an attitude with smart comments. They refused to give me any paperwork for my vehicle. The manager comes out and makes matter worst for the situation. Very unprofessional. These people need to get fired. Oh and they refused to give any paperwork showing that I returned the rental car keys. This place is a joke
