Visited this place for the first time and if it were possible to rate lower than 1 star, I’d have. The entire staff is rude, especially the front desk guy. Extremely dismissive, kept cutting me off, and wouldn’t even let me speak. Absolutely terrible customer service. Was focused on his phone the whole time. First and last time I’ll ever come here. Buen servicio y muy amables
The entire staff is incredibly rude, from the front desk associate to the manager. Avoid this location and go to the Dell Drive location instead. It is worth the 15 minute drive to be treated professionally with superior work and people who don't ignore you for an hour when you are 15 minutes early and the very first customer of the day. In contrast, the staff on Dell Drive had me in and out in 5 minutes and my car was fixed well and ready two days early.
