From start to finish- great experience. I want to credit my rep Marcus for being courteous, friendly and a real gentleman to be around while my car was repaired. I really loved the text updates and overall communication offered here. The job was done in a timely and impressive manner. Hope I don’t have to go back for any body work, but if I did. I got into an icy pile up late one Friday evening. Gerber Collision was quick to set up an appointment through my insurance and once I arrived I was treated extremely well! The desk person was very kind & notified me the repairs were taking a bit longer due to the weather and the in house estimator Sydnie really blew me away. I recently had my car broken into in attempt to steal it. Something that I had no control over. Marcus at Gerber Collision & Glass the representative that I worked was was top-notch. I appreciated his cantor and clear communication with me. He anticipated my questions. He gave me clear concise timelines.
