I took my car here after I hit a deer. Took multiple days for them to come up with an estimate. Didn’t answer the phone any of the FIVE times I tried calling them while they had my car, but! Interesting enough they answered every time for State Farm and only became “disconnected” twice😅. This place should NOT be on State Farm’s “go to” list. Do not use

After running into a car, I was stressed. Gerber Collision in Horsheads made the process so smooth and worked seamlessly with my insurance company. I highly recommend Jason at the front desk and Glenn, Repair Technician. They both went above and beyond with customer service. My car looked better than new when the service was completed. I will highly recommend them to everyone.

I strongly advise against having any work performed at this establishment. Their purported "guarantee" is nonexistent. They would not repair the vehicle again. My vehicle was involved in a collision with an older gentleman, and his insurance covered the repairs. I chose this shop because it was approved by the insurer. While the repairs were completed promptly, rust began appearing within a month. This indicates substandard workmanship and inferior materials.
