After running into a car, I was stressed. Gerber Collision in Horsheads made the process so smooth and worked seamlessly with my insurance company. I highly recommend Jason at the front desk and Glenn, Repair Technician. They both went above and beyond with customer service. My car looked better than new when the service was completed. I will highly recommend them to everyone.
I strongly advise against having any work performed at this establishment. Their purported "guarantee" is nonexistent. They would not repair the vehicle again. My vehicle was involved in a collision with an older gentleman, and his insurance covered the repairs. I chose this shop because it was approved by the insurer. While the repairs were completed promptly, rust began appearing within a month. This indicates substandard workmanship and inferior materials. Excellent and quick service.
Ended up there because of my insurance claim. Got additional work done there since. Although they aren’t the cheapest, they do know what they’re going and their work is guaranteed. Joe will definitely get to the root of the problem. Worth the 45min drive from Ithaca
