I strongly advise against having any work performed at this establishment. Their purported "guarantee" is nonexistent. They would not repair the vehicle again. My vehicle was involved in a collision with an older gentleman, and his insurance covered the repairs. I chose this shop because it was approved by the insurer. While the repairs were completed promptly, rust began appearing within a month. This indicates substandard workmanship and inferior materials. Ended up there because of my insurance claim. Got additional work done there since. Although they aren’t the cheapest, they do know what they’re going and their work is guaranteed. Joe will definitely get to the root of the problem. Worth the 45min drive from Ithaca

I was very disappointed with the quality of the work. They took longer then I was told, charged me for over $800 in parts that were NOT installed on my vehicle, and I had to send the car back in for almost another week because the “repairs” that had been done on the vehicle weren’t even secured. We got our car back with loose parts and new gaps between body panels. I will NEVER Recommend this shop.
