Great business! While car repairs are not fun - the folks at Carubba Collision made it as painless as possible. Friendly staff. Quick and quality repairs - with options for updates on the process. The inside of my car was even cleaned on its return. Would recommend to anyone needing collision work.

My husband just smashed the back of our van in and shattered the back window. I called Carubba in West Seneca and they fit me in for an estimate within a half hour. They ordered the backdoor and got the van in and done in a few days. They wrapped up my back door in the waiting time and offered alternative transportation but I didn't need it. PERFECT repair job, sparkling clean car inside and out! Connected in the same building to Enterprise Rent-A-Car so loaner cars are very convenient. Great business!
The folks at Carubba took great care of me after I was involved in a T-bone...the other guy's fault.They were friendly,reassuring me that they would make my suv look perfect again. they did and arranged for a loaner during the 3 days for the repair.highly recommended! These guys and gals are the best in the business!
The worst work never finished and now will not stand up. And the mean girl who answers the phone who hung up on me just because I couldn't remember someone s name should be fired! !! Very Rude and Nasty! !! Just fix the darn car correctly! !! It is a death trap .
Just got my truck back and the work was perfect! The customer service was on point even with my insurance issue! I'll never go anywhere else! 100% satisfied!!!!
