Jeff and his team planted trees during the winter time, without making me aware that this was a dangerous thing to do — that if the weather was bad that the trees could die. Turns out five of them did and now I have to pay over $2000 to replace. I never would’ve planted them at that time, I would’ve waited till the spring to avoid that risk. I felt like this was done because it’s their slow season and they just wanted the business, but obviously that’s just my thoughts I can’t prove that.
