Cartus do things 3-4 months later after the house is sold or got on market. Referral fees pay months later, and Cartus does not now the right amount and who pays them. Such a financial mess. Poor all their clients and vendors. Mistakes in financing and money distribution everywhere.

This has to be the worse relocation experience i have ever dealt with when using a relocation company. Cartus has no functional reliability or professionalism about them whatsoever. The simple task of reimbursement in a specified amount in my new hire contract has taken more than 2 weeks to complete. There employees pass you of to colleagues who have no clue to the situation as i am finding out the original agent also is clueless of performing a simple task.
