This is a shade tree mechanic operation, no factory training, no dealership just a failed small engine repair shop thinking they are in the golf cart business. I owned Windy City Golf Cart of Knox Indiana for over 20 years and when I relocated and changed my name he assumed it to ride upon my reputation. That speaks for itself. Ed Arnold
