Poor customer service / sales ability. Messaged on a Sunday, then called him the following day and was asked to send pics and reg number. No reply or call. Gave up in the end and then was told I should’ve called!
Excellent trustworthy honest service and advice provided by PG from Cartronics. PG came out to my home at the time he said he would. I was not present so he sent me pics showing me what the problems were. He fixed all my VW issues and at a great price! I will definitely use Cartronics again.
I was really impressed with the service from Paul. We arranged a time 2 days in advanced and he texted the night before to confirm. He managed to get my parking sensor working within the hour including some spare parts - was really pleased. Very professional, would definitely recommend.
Really good! Had a persistent intermittent problem with rear light, clusters, old Mercedes. False error messages, but sometimes brake lights or indicators failing then returning. Paul is most certainly an expert, sorted.
So i used cartronics after the RAC siad i had an issue. That was fine however my car was diagnosed with a parking sounder fault. I asked for him to fix it and was promised it would be, heard nothing. I have even bought the part and asked for it to be fitted and fault cleared, promised i would get a call back, But nothing. So unless your problem is a big one then they will not get back to you hence the 3 stars.
