I wanted to thank Keith the owner of the Cartronics plaza for all he did for me. I previously had several calls done from 1996 and they have just gotten better than ever at that location. Keith, the owner treats everyone with the upmost respect and does the hard work the same that everyone he employed. His has revamped his staff and support from the prior location manager and is doing better than ever. They do really good quality work, but they overprice. I wanted to buy a new amp and they recommended a amp that cost $500. So after the install, I check out the amp and found the exact amp on Amazon for $290. Just buy your parts before working with these guys.

I was referred to Cartronics on 490 N.E. 167th St. (NMB) by a good friend in the business. On my first time I met Lester, who was very knowledgable and helpful with my Alpine and K40 system. The second time I had to go back to reprogram the system, (vehicle storage dead battery) and Lester was able to do it within minutes and free of charge. The best shop in miami – wow how people take the time to write negative reviews but wont take a minute to write a positive review for a company that has been around 20 plus years. If u ask me when stereo shops all over miami are closing down and out of merchandise, they still remain strong and standing with two locations . I will continue to take my cars to Cartronics be cause i know they will be there tomorow if i have any issues.

The owner is the worst! The owner of the Miami Store is the same owner as the pines store, So if you are at the Pines Store and you have to deal with the idiot rude Office Manager, do your self a favor dont ask for the owner because he is even a bigger idiot. You might find the same terrible service at both dealing with the owner. The owner should not even speak to customers, he should stay in the back and do the payroll and let the store Mgr at the Miami Store who has excellent communication skills run the show. BUYER BEWARE OF THESE RIP OFF ARTISTS‎‎ – Have used this shop in the past as they employed a guy I knew back when Sound advice was into mobile electronics and was always treated fairly by him. Although that guy was no longer employed there, I thought it would be ok to use them again. WHAT A MISTAKE! I needed to swap a simple sound system (2 amps, 1 sub box that they made for me previously) from one car to a new car (same exact car model, just an 2009 instead of an 2008).
