I contacted the stores manager 2 days ago to let him know the magenta ink was making streaks across several sheets of paper. They are supposed to exchange it for new ink when this occurs. I brought the ink in today with the samples of streaked paper. Marcus is the one I spoke to. This scenario should have clearly been communicated from the manager to the others but was not. Marcus verified from a sticker on the cartridge it clearly came from this store. He also added he was too new to do anything. He tried calling 2 people a... read more
