Wonderful experience and excellent customer service. I couldn't find a cartridge anywhere that fit my printer, so John helped me refill my old ones. It was significantly less expensive than what I originally bought them for. Looking forward to using Cartridge World for many more services in the future!
Wow. Absolute phenomenal. If I could give 100 stars I would! I never knew such great customer service existed until I came here. John was extremely knowledgeable and helpful while assisting me with my printer repair. Extremely fair prices! I will only come and refer my friends here for any technical difficulties. The employees are very nice but I had to return some cartridges that I purchased at the location. After installing them my printer said “problem with black cartridge” and wouldn’t print anything so I had to return them. A family member also returned hers because the cartridges she purchased bled all over printed documents. The good thing is we weren’t hassled about making the returns and were refunded our money.
