I purchased a printer a year or two ago used from here. It's an older xerox that is hard to find parts for. Ted has helped above and beyond with customer service and getting my printer back and running again!
Ted and his staff are knowledgeable and helpful, and I always appreciate the friendly greetings from Maya too! I have bought both printers and cartridges there, and also brought in units for servicing. I have always received good advice and solid support, and am back in business quickly!
I'm sure glad they are in town. They provide a great service.
