Amazing customer service. Delivery is always quick and extremely convenient.
It would be nice if they would open the store on time. This isn't the first time I've sat outside for 20+ minutes waiting for them to open. They aren't open on weekends at all so you expect them to at least keep their weekday hours.
Been here a handful of times. The hours are a little limited and they didn't have a cartridge in stock that I needed. Other than that, friendly staff. I would check here before heading anywhere else.
Great people and price recommended
I have been taking cartridges to this location for a while. They have always been very friendly and replaced our ink in a very timely manor. Last night I came across a situation where I needed their help. My printer was rejecting a brand new cartridge that I had just filled with them. After going into the store they gave me a brand new one with no questions asked. The printer was still giving me fits so I called into the store and they walked me through on how to reset the printer. Everything is working great now! Thank you.
