I had an amazing experience there recently. I was there to get my home printer fixed and the owner (Eric Kehler) did a great job with my printer. He worked on it efficiently and also helped me to understand how to troubleshoot in the future. I was highly impressed by his work and customer service and will certainly be back for all other tech repairs. I would highly recommend them and their services!

I came in to ask about a product. Stood in the lobby area for 10 minutes waiting for someone to come to the front. I called out hello looking for someone. Nothing. I could hear someone packing something in the back. Poor customer service.

These guys are great! Whenever I come in there they are always friendly and helpful. They have great products also--WAY less expensive than buying from other big box stores. Last time I bought from them it was an HP cartridge that had the original HP packaging. thanks again for the great friendly customer service.

I am a returning customer. The prices for the ink just can't be beat! I will continue to buy my cartridges at Cartridge World Dublin due to price, service, and availability. I have called ahead to purchase as well as drop by.

The owners are very knowledgeable and pleasant. They desire to help you with a solution to any problem you might have and help you with your printers and cartridges.
