I am pretty much inept with anything technical. I was in getting cartridges from Dan and I mentioned I was having trouble with my printer. To make this brief, Dan suggested I bring my computer and printer in and he would look at it. The end result is that I dropped them off one afternoon and they were set up and ready by the following morning. Dan explained everything he had done and how to do things at home. He spent a lot of time, and patience for an amazing price!
I just got off the phone with this business and I am very pleased with the respectful, friendly, and genuine customer service I received. Their awards and goals really do match their presentation (I was able to research on the website). I was offered an excellent price compared to the big box stores who would have never offered me the personal connection that this business has. Thank you!
