I have no idea why the rating is low but the customer service I received was exceptional and completely worthy of a 5 star rating. I received my cartridges in less than 24 hours.
Nasty old man with blood shot eyes threw up his hands and said he couldn't help me. Said he didn't know how to operate the machines. Said he was guarding the cash register. What a waste of time!
Excellent team, helped us find something to replace our cartridge and even waited for us to get overthere in rush hour traffic. Thanks again for such wonderful customer service!
