They have good prices and I haven't had any problems with the product. Their website says they open at 10am, I showed up at 10:30am and the sign on the door says 11am. I brought this up to the proprietor the last time I was here, 8 months ago. I had forgotten about it, I drive 35min to get here and now will have to wait another 30min to get my ink
I’ve been doing business with Cartridge World for a long time, and I highly recommend them. They have a talented, professional staff, and they’re very customer friendly.
Person was knowledgeable about what I needed but when I wanted to return the unopened, unused items still sealed in the packaging four days later I was assessed a 15% restocking fee. This assures I will never buy from them again even though I live nearby.
